SHRD trains 2521 virtual employees within two months

The Sharjah Human Resources Department is keen to provide human resources with the skills and capabilities that meet the needs of the labor market and job fields and keep pace with changes and developments constantly. This is part of its commitment developing human resources in the Emirate of Sharjah, and making them of quality and efficiency in their field of work.
During the months of January and February, the department achieved, in terms of career development programmes, the implementation of (71) developmental programmes, targeting 2521 male and female employees from government departments, institutions and federal agencies.
Career development programmes are concerned with training employees of government agencies in all cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah. A variety of development programmes, "on demand" training programmes that are implemented according to the needs and requests of government agencies and departments, foundational programmes and professional diplomas.
In terms of on-demand training programmes, the department has implemented, during the past two months 13 a development programme in Sharjah.
His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council Chairman of SHRD, explained that the department promotes the development trend in the country, and the future vision that is based on the efficient human element that keeps pace with changes, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah; which affirms that the human being is the root of development and the basis for correct investment leading to comprehensive development.
